What's a "workspace"?+
A self-contained environment with its own brand voice, source library, connected social accounts, and publishing history. Agencies use workspaces to keep clients separated. Everyone else just gets one and ignores the term.
Can Creator users add teammates?+
Not yet. Creator is a single-user plan for one brand. If you need multiple people publishing together, go with Business. Managing several client brands? Business gives you 5 workspaces.
How do Business and Enterprise differ?+
Business ($49/mo) gives you 5 seats, 5 workspaces, 100 pooled posts, and 25 sources. Enterprise ($149/mo) adds competitor intelligence, editorial approval workflows, audit logging, brand safety rules, and unlimited verticals and sources.
Are there per-seat fees?+
Business includes 5 seats ($12/seat after that). Enterprise includes 15 seats ($10/seat after that). Creator and Starter are single-user. No hidden fees.
